Mu Sigma Upsilon Sister Portal: Rules of Engagement

Welcome to the Mu Sigma Upsilon Sister Portal, a space dedicated to fostering connection, respectful engagement, and meaningful dialogue among sisters. To ensure that all interactions remain positive and productive, please adhere to the following guidelines:

2. Healthy Debate  

   - Engage in discussions with an open mind. Support your viewpoints with facts and well-reasoned arguments.  

   - Disagree respectfully, focusing on ideas rather than personal attributes. Refrain from personal attacks or dismissive language.  

3. Fostering Social Interaction  

   - Encourage inclusivity by welcoming diverse perspectives and experiences.  

   - Participate actively and positively in discussions, helping to create a supportive community.  

4. Confidentiality and Privacy  

   - Respect the privacy of sisters by not sharing personal information or content outside the portal without consent.  

   - Ensure that discussions within the portal remain confidential to maintain a safe space for all members.  

5. Constructive Feedback  

   - Offer feedback in a constructive manner, aiming to support and uplift your sisters.  

   - Be open to receiving feedback and use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning.  

6. Conflict Resolution  

   - Address conflicts directly and calmly, seeking resolution through understanding and compromise.  

   - If necessary, involve a moderator or designated leader to mediate and facilitate resolution.  

7. Content Sharing  

   - Share content that is relevant, appropriate, and contributes positively to the community.  

   - Acknowledge and credit original sources when sharing information or ideas that are not your own.  

These Rules of Engagement are in accordance with the Mu Sigma Upsilon Sorority, Inc. bylaws and are mandatory for all members using the Sister Portal.
